Fair Trade City Status - Hull
Having become a Fairtrade City, Hull is now working to increase sales of Fair Trade products and further to promote Fair Trade. Major activities are being planned for the 200th Anniversary of the abolition of the Slave Trade in 2007. A directory of local Fairtrade suppliers is included on the website.
