N.B. 1 by car you have to go down Story Street, it is the only legal route.
N.B. 2 there is no legal parking at the shop. The nearest car park is Albion Street, Pay and Display.

Until Friday 4th November, 2011, both this website, and One World Trading (Hull) Ltd were owned by the registered charity, WEFT

On Friday 4th November, 2011, the ownership of this website, and One World Trading (Hull) Ltd was transfereed to Hull and East Yorkshire Community Foundation.

Whilst having broader charitable objects than WEFT, HEYCF has agreed to operate within internationally agreed guidelines for Fair Trade and to preserve the objects of WEFT.

Donations

Donations to WEFT the charity which owns the shop are always welcome and may be made by cheque made payable to "One World Education", and sent by post to the shop address. Thank you.

Both the charity and the company publish annual accounts which are qualified by Fawley Judge and Easton, Chartered Accountants, Hull.

You need to be completely "bona fide" and we will ask for and will follow up on references, but you could help us to spread the fair trade message and boost the sales of fair trade products.

We have many friends in offices and churches, other shops, museums, and theatres.

Without doubt our friends in Methodist Central Hall have enabled us to support many churches with social action on behalf of the poorest communities in this world. Overseas Requests

We receive many requests from producer groups in Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
Please do not e-mail asking us to sell your products (unless you are from Sierra Leone).
Currently we do not import any products directly, we sell from BAFTS registered importers only.
Without commitment, we will consider requests from Fair Trade Craft producers or farmers working towards FLO certification, that are based in Sierra Leone.
